1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the API services provided by HyprLab ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service HyprLab provides a unified API platform that aggregates access to a variety of third-party artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to those from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, x.AI, Meta, and Mistral (collectively, "Third-Party Providers"). Our service simplifies access to these diverse AI models through a single point of integration.

3. Accounts and Credits To use our services, you must register for an account and purchase credits. Credits are used to pay for the computational resources consumed by the AI models.

• Purchasing: Credits are purchased through our third-party e-commerce partner (SellApp - sell.app). Upon purchase, you will receive a redeemable code.

• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by PayPal. We do not store your credit card or bank details.

• Usage Monitoring: Your credit balance and service usage are monitored and managed through our official Discord Bot and API.

4. User Responsibilities You are required to comply with the terms of service of any Third-Party Providers whose models you access through our service. You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm our service or violate the terms of the Third-Party Providers.

5. Refund and Service Interruption Policy

• Refunds: Refund requests for unused credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to submit a request.

• Service Discontinuation: In the unlikely event that HyprLab must cease operations (e.g., due to bankruptcy or other circumstances preventing service fulfillment), we will offer a partial refund. You will be eligible for a refund of 5% of your remaining credit balance. This policy accounts for the operational costs of the platform and the frequent issuance of bonus credits during promotional events.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HyprLab makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the service or the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the outputs generated by the AI models from Third-Party Providers.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall HyprLab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
