• Account Information: We may collect basic information required for account creation, such as your email address and Discord user ID, to manage your account and communicate with you.

• Transaction Information: All payment transactions are handled by our third-party partners (e.g., SellApp, PayPal). We do not collect or store your financial information. We only receive confirmation of payment to issue credits.

• Usage Data: To calculate your credit consumption, we process only the token count returned by the third-party AI model for each request. We do not collect or store the content of any inputs or outputs.

3. Data Processing and Confidentiality Your privacy is our highest priority. HyprLab operates as a pass-through service, meaning we forward your requests to third-party AI models and return their responses to you immediately without storing the content.

• Scope of Commitment: These obligations apply to our own infrastructure and to all third-party AI model providers used to fulfill your requests.

• Data Use Limitation: Input data submitted by you (“Client Data”) is processed solely for the purpose of generating the specific response you have requested. We act only as an intermediary to facilitate this transaction.

• No Storage or Retention: HyprLab does not store, log, archive, or otherwise retain your Client Data (inputs) or the AI model’s outputs. All data is processed ephemerally and is immediately discarded after the request is fulfilled. The only data we process from the transaction is the token count required for billing.

• No Secondary Use: Your Client Data and any corresponding model outputs will never be used by us for training AI models, fine-tuning, analytics, product improvement, or any other purpose.

• No Distribution: We will not share, transfer, or distribute your Client Data or model outputs to any party, other than as technically necessary to transmit the data to the selected Third-Party Provider to fulfill your request.

• Confidentiality: All Client Data and outputs are treated as strictly confidential. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect them against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse and require the same commitment from all third-party AI model providers we engage.

• Compliance: We confirm our compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

4. Disclosure of Your Information We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share limited account information (e.g., payment confirmation) with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our business (such as payment processors), provided they agree to keep this information confidential. To be clear: Your inputs and AI-generated outputs are never stored or disclosed by HyprLab.

5. Data Security We implement appropriate technical measures to safeguard your information and ensure the secure transmission of data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
